We do not accept items for return or exchange that have been custom made for you.  They were afterall, made just for you and you only!  

• Should you have an item that has a manufacturing flaw or issue, please contact us asap with photo of issue emailed to pedsthreads@gmail.com.  Please quote your order number to assist us.

• Should you have an item that was decorated incorrectly according to your order details, please contact us asap.  Please quote your order number to assist us.

• Should you have an item that doesn't fit - unfortunately we do not guarantee size and fit of garment based on supplier size charts.  We highly recommend you enter our store and try on a sample item.  If you are unable to enter the store, we can offer to talk measurements over the phone - BUT do not guarantee sizing this way either.  It is just another opportunity to 'guess close'.
